Materials - FAQ
Most items are made of high quality premium stainless steel with a layer of 14 or 18K stainless steel. Which means your jewelry won't discolor. Please be aware that chemicals may damage jewelry in general.
The piercings are made of titanium with a layer of PVD 14K gold plating.
Yes, you can swim and shower while wearing your jewelry.
However, please note that the quote jewelry features black paint, which may fade over time with water exposure.
We always recommend taking good care of your jewelry—chemicals such as perfume or pool water can eventually cause damage.

How to Order - FAQ
1. Go to the product of your choice.
2. Select color / size if applicable. Click the 'Add to shopping cart' button.
3. You will be send to an overview of your shopping cart.
4. Click on 'continue shopping' if you want to explore the shop further.
5. Ready? Select a delivery date, and click on 'continue to order' to finalize your order.
5. Enter your details and follow the steps:
- Enter contact/shipping data.
- Choose a delivery method.
- Select Payment option .
6. And click Complete Order. You will enter the 'Thank You' - page receive a confirmation email.

We only have delivery. Except for Mother's Day and Christmas. Around these dates we have a pickup location too.

No, usually not. Jewel Junkie is a webshop, and we do not have a physical store to visit. Tthe days before Christmas & Mother's Day with provide pickup as we partner up with a local shop.

You pay upon delivery. You can pay cash, swipe or Sentoo.
The engraved jewelry you need to pay beforehand as it is customized for you.

No, currently we only accept Caribbean Guilder (XCG) as in cash. You use an USD credit card.
Yes, all prices in our webshop include OB of 6%.
All prices are in XCG. Due to technical reasons the cart and checkout still show ANG.
RETURNS & WARRANTY - FAQ

It depends on the product.
You can return bracelets, necklaces and anklets which are not worn and only in the original box or package.
You cannot return earrings & purpose for the purposes of hygiene.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 1 week of delivery
Items should be without any scratches and adjustments, otherwise they are non-refundable and you wont receive a refund or store credit. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received by us.

On all our products is a warranty of 3 months for any discoloration. For other issues, please send us a message.
