Return conditions I would like to return the product, is that possible?

It depends on the product. You cannot return earrings for the purposes of hygiene. You can return bracelets and necklaces which are not worn and only in the original box. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of shipment.

Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Items must returned with original packaging intact. Bracelets should be without any scratches and adjustments, otherwise they are non-refundable and you wont receive a refund or store credit. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.
