- Delivery location. Preferably a fixed address such as your home or work. We don't deliver in Bandabou and Grote Berg. For customers from there: place your order and contact us to find a meeting spot.

Order Process
Customize your desired item in our webshop. Place your order. Make sure to type your engraving correct. Engraved items are not eligible for returns.
You pay before we start engraving. We will contact you for the payment. You have 2 weeks the time to pay after place your order. You can pay with Sentoo or bank transfer. We'll be in touch.
We need 3 office days (72 hours) to engrave and delivery, after you paid. We will contact you by WhatsApp about the details. You may also send us a message for more information.
